NewSky eSIM provides a prepaid eSIM mobile data service for users in Japan and international travelers.
By installing the eSIM on a compatible smartphone or other device, customers can use mobile data in the countries and regions covered by each plan.
Selling price
The price of each eSIM data plan is displayed on the product page of the official website and on the purchase confirmation screen.
Displayed prices include applicable taxes. The final amount payable can be reviewed before the purchase is completed.
Charges other than the selling price
Internet connection and communication charges required to purchase, download, install and set up the eSIM are borne by the customer.
Depending on the usage environment and the terms of your carrier contract, additional communication charges may apply.
As this is a digital product, no shipping fees apply.

Payment timing
Payments by credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed when the order is placed.
For convenience store payments, please pay by the deadline stated in the payment instructions.
If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the order may be cancelled.
Product delivery time
The eSIM is issued within 1 minute after payment is completed and can be viewed and installed from "My account".
Service delivery
Once payment is completed, the eSIM installation details are, as a rule, provided promptly.
Customers can view their purchased eSIMs in "My account" and install them on a compatible device.
Delivery may take longer due to payment processing, system failures or processing on the carrier's side.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
As this is a digital telecommunications service, cancellations and refunds are subject to specific conditions.
For eSIMs that have not yet been activated, refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.
For refunds after the eSIM has been installed, activated or put into use, the conditions set out in our Refund Policy apply.
Cases in which the service cannot be used due to technical issues, device compatibility or network conditions are also handled in accordance with the Refund Policy.

Cooling-off
As a rule, the cooling-off system under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions does not apply to mail-order sales made over the internet.
