This Policy applies to the Company's website, eSIM mobile data service and related services, and aims to provide all customers with a fair and stable network environment.
This Policy applies together with the Company's Terms of Use and related policies.

- Using e-mail, social media and messaging apps
- Using maps, navigation and travel apps
- Using video, music and other streaming services
- Online meetings, remote work and business communications
- Other general internet use consistent with the law and the contract
Connection quality and available features may vary depending on the plan, the area of use, the carrier and network conditions.
Article 3 (Prohibited conduct)
When using the service, customers must not:
- Violate the laws of Japan or of the country/region where the service is used
- Engage in fraud, unauthorized access, phishing, impersonation or other illicit acts
- Distribute viruses, malware or other harmful programs
- Send bulk unsolicited e-mail, spam or similar messages

Article 4 (Fair Usage Policy – FUP)
To provide a comfortable and stable connection for everyone, the NewSky eSIM data service may be subject to the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) set by our partner carriers.
In particular, on unlimited data plans, even where no fixed data cap applies, speeds may be temporarily reduced under certain conditions to maintain fairness and network stability.
Speed reductions may occur, for example, when:
- A large amount of data is used within a short period
- Heavy, continuous usage takes place over long periods
- A large amount of data is consumed through tethering or similar features
- The local carrier's network is congested
The conditions, duration and method of restoring normal speed vary depending on each plan and the local carrier's operating policies.
Even when speeds are reduced, customers can, as a rule, continue to use the service throughout the plan's validity period, except in cases of network failure, legal requirements, serious misuse or other unavoidable circumstances.
Article 5 (Tethering and hotspot use)
Sharing the internet connection via tethering or mobile hotspot may be used in accordance with the terms of the purchased plan and of the partner carrier.
Tethering availability and conditions may vary by plan.
In addition, speeds may be temporarily reduced when large amounts of data are used.
Article 6 (Connection quality and network limitations)
The service uses mobile networks provided by partner carriers in each country and region.
As a result, speed, connection quality and service availability may vary due to factors such as:
- The country/region and coverage area
- The usage environment, such as inside buildings, underground or in mountainous areas
- Network congestion
- Device specifications and supported frequency bands
- Network management by the local carrier
- Maintenance, equipment failures or disasters
The Company strives to provide a stable service but does not guarantee constant speed or connection quality at all times.
Article 7 (Account and eSIM information management)
Customers are responsible for properly safeguarding their account information, password, eSIM installation details and other credentials.
To prevent misuse by third parties, please do not share your credentials.
If you suspect any unauthorized use, please contact our support team immediately.
Article 8 (Restriction and suspension of service)
If a serious violation of this Policy, misuse, significant network overload or any other conduct that compromises the security of the service is identified, the Company may take the following measures to the extent necessary and reasonable:
- Notice or warning to the customer
- Restriction of speed or of certain features
- Temporary suspension of the service
- Termination of the service agreement in the event of a serious violation or continued misuse
Except where urgent action is required, the Company will notify the customer in advance whenever possible.
Restriction or suspension measures will be applied taking into account the nature, impact and necessity of the response to the violation.
Cancellations and refunds are handled in accordance with the Company's Refund Policy and applicable laws.
Article 9 (Privacy and personal data protection)
The Company places great importance on protecting customers' privacy and personal data.
The collection, use, storage and sharing of personal data are handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This Policy does not grant the Company the right to monitor the content of customers' communications without limitation.
Only where necessary to address misuse, operate the communication service or comply with legal requirements will the Company take the appropriate measures, within the scope of applicable laws and the rules on the secrecy of communications.
