Affiliate Program Terms
Effective since September 17, 2026 · Controller: NEWSKY ESIM LTDA
This is a courtesy translation. The Portuguese version of these Terms is the legally binding document in case of any discrepancy.
By taking part in the NewSky eSIM Affiliate Program (the "Program"), you (the "Affiliate") declare that you:
- have read and accepted these Affiliate Program Terms;
- have read and accepted the website Terms of Use;
- have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
Your acceptance is recorded electronically (date, time and IP address) when the application is submitted and creates a contractual relationship between the Affiliate and NewSky eSIM.
1. The Program
1.1. The Program pays the Affiliate for eSIM plan sales made on https://newskyesim.com that are correctly attributed to the Affiliate under the attribution rules in Section 4.
1.2. Participation depends on an application and prior approval by the NewSky eSIM team, which may approve or reject applications at its sole discretion, with no obligation to give reasons.
1.3. Once approved, the Affiliate gets access to the Affiliate Dashboard with an exclusive referral link, a personal coupon, promotional materials and reports on clicks, sales and commissions.
2. Commissions: Affiliate and Representative
2.1. The Program has two forms of participation:
- Affiliate — earns a commission on sales attributed to their own link or coupon (own-sale commission).
- Representative (optional) — in addition to their own sales, may refer new affiliates to the Program and earns an extra commission on the sales made by those affiliates (representative commission).
2.2. Standard Program commissions are calculated on the amount actually paid by the customer (after discounts), in US dollars (USD):

Representative commissions are paid entirely by NewSky eSIM. No affiliate has anything deducted from their own sales because of them.
2.3. The rates above are the Program's standard rates. NewSky eSIM may agree custom rates with specific Affiliates and may change the standard rates at any time, as set out in Section 13.
2.4. Free orders (100% discount), orders cancelled before payment and orders not tracked by the Program's attribution system generate no commission.
2.5. eSIM top-ups inherit the attribution of the original order and generate commission as usual for the Affiliate attributed to that order.
3. Customer discount
3.1. Every customer who reaches the store through the Affiliate's link gets an automatic 5% discount, sponsored by NewSky eSIM — with no impact on the Affiliate's commission.
3.2. In the Dashboard, the Affiliate may increase the discount offered to their customers up to 20%. In that case, the portion above 5% is deducted from the Affiliate's own-sale commission.
Example: with a 15% own-sale commission and the discount set to 10%, the Affiliate's effective commission becomes 10% (15% − 5% extra discount). With a 20% discount, the own-sale commission reaches 0%. The representative commissions of whoever referred you are not affected.
3.3. The same percentage applies to the Affiliate's personal coupon and to the link's automatic discount — it is a single setting.
4. Attribution and tracking
4.1. Credit policy: last click. The sale is attributed to the Affiliate responsible for the last valid click before the purchase.
4.2. Attribution window: 60 days. Clicking the Affiliate's link stores an identifier (cookie and local storage) valid for 60 days. Purchases made after that period generate no commission.
4.3. The personal coupon beats the cookie. If the customer types an Affiliate's personal coupon at checkout, the sale is attributed to the coupon owner even if another Affiliate's cookie exists — using the coupon is the strongest referral signal.
4.4. Each order generates a single own-sale attribution. There is no attribution per impression (a view without a click).
4.5. The Affiliate acknowledges that blocking technologies (ad blockers, browser cookie restrictions) may, in exceptional cases, prevent tracking, without creating any right to compensation.
5. Commission validation and payment
5.1. Validation window: 15 days. Every commission starts as "pending" and is approved automatically after 15 days, provided the order has not been refunded or flagged as fraudulent in that period.
5.2. Refunds and chargebacks. If the order is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the related commissions — own sale and representative — are cancelled, and the cancellation may reach 100% of the amount.
5.3. Minimum payout: US$ 50 in approved commissions.
5.4. Remittance fee per payout. Each payout request is subject to a flat remittance fee of US$ 5.00 (five US dollars), which covers international transfer and payment processing costs. The fee is deducted from the commission amount at payment time — that is, the Affiliate receives the approved amount minus US$ 5.00.
- Waiver: payouts of US$ 250.00 or more are exempt from the remittance fee and are paid in full.
- The fee is charged only once per payout request, regardless of how many commissions are included in the payment.
- Payments in Store Credit are exempt from the remittance fee, as no financial transfer is involved.
- The fee, the gross amount and the net amount to be received are shown to the Affiliate before the payout request is confirmed, in the Program Dashboard, and are also stated in the confirmation email.
5.5. Available payment methods:
- PayPal;
- Pix (Brazil) — paid in Brazilian reais (R$);
- Bank transfer in Japan (Japanese bank account) — paid in yen (¥);
- Store Credit — credit for purchases in the store, with a 5% bonus on the converted amount;
- Other methods, subject to prior agreement with the NewSky eSIM team.
5.6. Payments are processed by NewSky eSIM in periodic batches, after the Affiliate's request and an internal review. In addition to the remittance fee set out in clause 5.4, fees charged by financial intermediaries (banks, PayPal) may be deducted from the transferred amount.
5.7. Commissions are gross remuneration. The Affiliate is solely responsible for any taxes due on their earnings, under the law of their country of tax residence.
6. Representative: referring new affiliates
6.1. Becoming a Representative is optional. The Affiliate may refer new affiliates using their referral code. When a referred affiliate is approved and makes sales, the Representative earns the direct-referral commission (5%); if that affiliate in turn refers other affiliates, the Representative earns the partner's-referral commission (2%) on their sales, as set out in Section 2.
6.2. There is no payment for recruiting. Representative commissions apply exclusively to real product sales — never to merely bringing new affiliates into the Program. The Program is not a pay-to-join scheme and does not require any purchase, subscription or quota.
6.3. Representative commissions only reach the affiliates you referred directly and the affiliates referred by those partners. There is no remuneration beyond that reach.
7. Affiliate obligations
By taking part in the Program, the Affiliate shall:
7.1. promote the links, coupons and materials truthfully, clearly and professionally, preserving the good name and reputation of NewSky eSIM;
7.2. clearly disclose to their audience that they earn a commission on referrals (advertising transparency);
7.3. comply with all laws applicable to their promotional activity, including consumer protection law, the Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), CONAR self-regulation rules and the telecommunications and advertising laws of the countries where they operate;
7.4. use only truthful information about the products (coverage, prices, validity, speed), with no unauthorised promises or guarantees;
7.5. forward any customer complaint to the NewSky eSIM team (info@newsky.jp) and not attempt to provide technical support on the company's behalf;
7.6. keep their registration and payment details up to date in the Dashboard;
7.7. be fully liable for the acts of their employees, agents and sub-networks in promoting the Program.
8. Prohibited practices
The Affiliate is strictly prohibited from:
8.1. Brand bidding: advertising on search engines (Google, Bing, etc.) using the terms "NewSky", "NewSky eSIM", "newskyesim", misspellings or similar variations, alone or combined with other words;
8.2. using NewSky eSIM trademarks in ad copy, domain names, profiles or social media pages in a way that may confuse the public about who the official operator is;
8.3. cookie stuffing — placing the tracking identifier without a real, conscious click by the user;
8.4. promoting fake coupons, non-existent discounts or misleading promotions. Only coupons generated on the platform or provided by the NewSky eSIM team may be promoted;
8.5. fraudulent self-purchasing, creating multiple accounts, impersonating third parties (real or fictitious) or using any device to generate or inflate commissions artificially;
8.6. sending spam (email, SMS, WhatsApp or similar) or using contact lists without valid consent under the LGPD;
8.7. presenting themselves as NewSky eSIM, its legal representatives or employees, or taking on obligations on the company's behalf;
8.8. modifying or altering materials, intellectual property, sales terms or product conditions without written authorisation;
8.9. promoting the Program on illegal, discriminatory or adult websites/content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
Non-compliance may result in immediate removal from the Program and cancellation of all pending commissions, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.
9. Withholding and cancellation of commissions
9.1. NewSky eSIM reserves the right to withhold, suspend or cancel commissions, and to close the Affiliate's account, at its sole discretion, when:
- sales are generated by prohibited sources or practices (Section 8);
- fraud, self-purchasing or manipulation is suspected or confirmed;
- the Affiliate shows an excessive refund/chargeback rate;
- the registration information provided is false or misleading;
- the Affiliate does not stop an irregular campaign after being notified.
9.2. NewSky eSIM may verify at any time the accuracy of the information provided by the Affiliate and audit the attributed transactions.
9.3. Disputes over amounts must be raised in good faith, in writing, to info@newsky.jp, within 30 days of the statement being published. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to reach an amicable resolution.
10. Confidentiality
10.1. The Affiliate shall keep confidential all non-public information accessed because of the Program — including reports, metrics, commercial terms and internal materials — using it only for the purposes of these Terms.
10.2. This obligation does not apply to information already in the public domain (without breach of these Terms) or whose disclosure is required by law or court order, in which case the Affiliate shall, where possible, notify NewSky eSIM in advance.
10.3. The confidentiality obligation survives the end of the Program for 2 (two) years.
11. Term and termination
11.1. These Terms are effective for an indefinite term from acceptance.
11.2. By the Affiliate: you may leave the Program at any time by requesting it at info@newsky.jp. Sales made after leaving generate no commission; commissions approved up to the departure date are paid as usual, subject to the minimum payout amount.
11.3. By NewSky eSIM: the Program or the Affiliate's individual participation may be terminated at any time with written notice (to the registered email). In the event of a breach of these Terms, termination is immediate and may include the cancellation of pending commissions (Section 9).
11.4. After termination, the Affiliate shall immediately stop all promotion, remove links and materials, and delete confidential information received, except what they are legally required to keep.
12. Liability
12.1. The Affiliate is solely responsible for their promotional activity and for any penalties arising from a breach of law or of these Terms, and shall indemnify NewSky eSIM for losses, costs and expenses (including legal fees) caused by such breaches.
12.2. NewSky eSIM is not liable for the Affiliate's loss of profits, loss of expected revenue or indirect damages, including variations in traffic, conversion or temporary platform unavailability.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
13.1. NewSky eSIM may change these Terms, the commission rates, the attribution window and the other Program conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email and/or notice in the Affiliate Dashboard.
13.2. Continuing to participate after such communication constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. Commissions already approved are not affected retroactively.
14. Relationship between the parties
14.1. The Affiliate acts as an independent party. These Terms do not create any employment, partnership, agency, commercial representation or franchise relationship between the Affiliate and NewSky eSIM.
14.2. The Affiliate has no power to take on obligations on behalf of NewSky eSIM towards third parties.
15. Data protection (LGPD)
15.1. The Affiliate's personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, for the purposes of managing the Program, calculating and paying commissions, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.
15.2. When processing personal data of their own contacts while promoting the Program, the Affiliate acts as an independent controller and is responsible for complying with the LGPD in that activity.
16. General provisions
16.1. These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the NewSky eSIM services agreement, as stated in the website Terms of Use.
16.2. Tolerating a breach of any clause does not imply a waiver of rights.
